School Bans Homework In Favor Of Family Time
A school in Montreal has a no homework policy that has not only students thrilled, but not everyone agrees with the move.
The school has instituted the homework ban to give kids and their families more time together.
The school’s principal, said that students should not spend all day at school working then be expected to have hours of after-school work. He said the best kind of homework is eating healthy, getting a good night’s sleep and being ready for the next day of school.
The students will still have assignments, but they will be done in class instead of sent home every night.
Not everybody agrees with the policy. Some say that homework is important for reviewing what kids have learned in class.
The no-homework initiative started in November. Teachers said the students have been much calmer.

Justin Bieber Punches Guy Assaulting Woman
Justin Bieber punched a guy in the face and threw him against a wall after the man grabbed a woman by the throat at a Coachella party, and would not release his grip on her .
So apparently Justin and a buddy where at a party over the weekend when I guy walking in, spotted the woman and went ballistic. Many people at the party said this guy appeared to be on drugs. The woman was more than likely his ex girlfriend.
We're told the guy suddenly grabbed the woman by the throat and would not release her. Justin and his friend started screaming at the guy to let her go. At that point, Justin hit the man in the face and pushed him against the wall ... allowing the woman to break free.
