If you like your whiskey extra strong, Jack Daniels has a limited-edition batch just for you! Jack Daniel’s Small Batch Special Release Coy Hill High Proof whiskey is composed of a 55 barrel mix where the angel's share (evaporation of whiskey as it ages) was exceptionally high.
Five different proof points were used to create this release, with the highest being 155.1 proof! The whiskey comes in smaller, 375 ml bottles with specially designed corks because the proof is so high that the vapors could push the former cork out! They also recommend storing the bottle upright at all times, aside from pouring it, just to be on the safe side.
