We Need A Team Name...ASAP!!!
I got this email from Molly. She needs your help!
Dear Kristen,
Thank you for taking my call this morning. We are so excited to have the Bull Listeners find us a Team Name. We have been racking our brains (pun intended) for weeks now.
Our team is 3 strong: Delight Woodley, Tracey Jordan and Molly Miller Langsdorf. All three are first time walkers. First time walkers who prior to April 1, 2013, the furthest we walked was to our mailboxes (and if I could have driven there, I would have.) Therefore the 3 of us have a long way to go to build up to 60 miles over the course of 3 days! We know the journey ahead will not be easy. The greatest accomplishments in life never are.
We have committed to raising $2,300.00 individually; $6,900 as a team. We are open to adding team members and upping the team goal. If any Bull listeners want to join us, we are happy to have them.
The Susan G. Komen 3-Day™ is a 60-mile walk over the course of three days. Seventy-five percent of the net proceeds raised by the Komen 3-Day help fund national research and large public health outreach programs. The remaining 25 percent helps fund local community and Affiliate support and outreach programs.
