RIP to one of country music's greatest of all time... (and yes, it's OK to laugh at my hair back in 1999/2000!)
The only thing he said to me was, "Boy, you need to eat!" :-)

This is so sweet, and we haven't seen this from some other country stars who are married!

Blake says now that he's married to Miranda, he will never appear in a music video with a "love interest"
He said, "Since I've been married, I won't go there in a video. If I was to go there, it would be Miranda in a video. I'm not an actor and don't pretend to be. Everybody knows I'm married to Miranda Lambert, and they don't want to see me leaving a bar with a girl. Why would I take this ring off for a video? I'd be insulted by that if I was Miranda, and I don't want to do anything to insult her or hurt her feelings." (interview with People Magazine)
Made for each other! Other country music couples:

Chuck Goff/Myspace
Carl "Chuck" Goff Jr., the longtime bassist for country star Toby Keith, died on Wednesday night in a two-car crash in Oklahoma, authorities say.
A spokesman for the Cleveland County sheriff said the 54-year-old Goff was killed at around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday evening while driving in Noble, OK, about 35 miles south of Oklahoma City. The driver of the other car was not injured and the crash is under investigation, NewsOK.com is reporting.
"We are deeply saddened by the sudden death of our band member, Chuck Goff," Keith said in a statement. "He was a close friend for over 25 years, the band leader and bass player. Our hearts and prayers go out to his family."

So here's what I could dig up about "electric" Carrie's Grammy dress...
- It was a silver ball gown by THEIA that resembled an oversized prom dress.
- Over the course of six days, fabrics were shipped from France to Carrie's stylist team for approval, as well as to a video production company to make sure it was compatible with the projection technology that would be used to make it change patterns every few seconds.
- It was created by four people in 80 hours.
- It features 10 yards of satin along with 100 yards of tulle and crinoline to support the skirt.
- The inside corset is hand-embroidered with thousands of Swarovski crystals, and the 4 1/2-foot-wide skirt was designed to seamlessly fuse fashion with projection technology.
How about that?!

The necklace featured 381 carats of oval, pear, marquise and round brilliant white diamonds from the 2013 Johnathon Arndt Collection.
