Jason Aldean told ABC News Radio earlier this month he was planning to dabble in acting, but it turns out he’s already been in front of the camera. Jason appears in the new Western movie Sweetwater, premiering in January at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, UT.

The rest of the cast is pretty impressive, including Ed Harris and January Jones of Mad Men fame. Sweetwater takes place in the late 1800s and is described as “an intense but humorous film.”  The movie is set in New Mexico in the late 1800s, and features a fanatical religious leader, a renegade sheriff and an ex-prostitute.

Kona has a little toy squirrel that she's had since we brought her home... and she LOVES that thing.... has from day one!  See these two pictures from a few months ago....

Well, now she's taken her love of her squirrel to a WHOLE new level!!  Look what she brought in -- with an OH SOOOO proud look on her face -- this weekend through the doggie door!!

This may or may not be the case, but according to a recent post on the Civil Wars Facebook page, the duo appear to be heading for a breakup:

We sincerely apologize for the canceling of all of our tour dates. It is something we deeply regret. However, due to internal discord and irreconcilable differences of ambition we are unable to continue as a touring entity at this time. We thank each and every one of you for your amazing love & support. Our sincere hope is to have new music for you in 2013.
