Aza—that is the Ukranian singer’s name—will file a lawsuit today in Los Angeles claiming that her song “Hunky Santa” was swiped and reworked into “Call Me Maybe.” Considering what a huge hit it became, there’s a ton of money on the line.

A police report against Charlie Sheen was filed. The unnamed man accused the controversial actor of threatening to shoot him with a semi-automatic shotgun. Though Charlie popped off about a lot of things.

According to TMZ, the individual was once an associate of Sheens but they have since had a falling out. Things turned ugly and potentially violent last month when sheen allegedly sent a text that threatened “I'll blow his head off with my Super 90.” Meaning a Super 90 semi-automatic shotgun.

Was Diane Sawyer drunk during ABC's coverage of the election Tuesday night? According to some viewers the news veteran looked a bit tipsy, slurring and using her arms to brace herself.

But a source tells Britain's Mail Online that Diane wasn't drunk -- she was just exhausted. The source added, "Diane's been up for days and she's had many sleepless nights. She was covering the hurricane and then preparing for the election broadcast."

Spotted out in Miami yesterday (Tuesday), Kim was wearing a gold band on her ring finger with Yeezy's initials. It's not a sign of imminent wedding bells just yet, but Us Weekly reports that they'll be headed down the aisle and trying for a baby once Kim's divorce from basketball player Kris Humphries is final.

Kim thinks her relationship with Humphries will help her with Yeezy. She says, "I feel more confident and more wise after this year. It's like you get to a place and you just know what you want."

In response to the story, J. Lo tweeted, "C'mon thought you knew me better than this... Would never get anyone fired over an autograph. 1st I heard of this was on Twitter. #hurtful.

The woman claims she knocked on the star's door but was turned away by two of her employees. The woman said, "A day later the cleaning company that employed me at the hotel called and said that Ms. Lopez had complained. I was fired right there on the phone. Because of an autograph."

This weekend, the latest James Bond film, Skyfall, is expected to dominate the box office. If actor Daniel Craig had his way, this would be his final Bond flick. He tells Rolling Stone magazine (quote) “I’ve been trying to get out of this from the very moment I got into it. But they won’t let me go, and I’ve agreed to do a couple more, but let’s see how this one does, because business is business and if the [bleep] goes down, I’ve got a contract that somebody will happily wipe their [butt] with.”
