Carrie Underwood is donating all the proceeds from Friday night’s concert in Atlantic City to Hurricane Sandy relief efforts in New Jersey.  Carrie told the Boardwalk Hall audience, “I wouldn’t feel right making money off of tonight’s show...After something like this, you wonder whether the show should go on. We thought, this building was still here, so it must be here for a reason.” Carrie has been supporting the Red Cross throughout the North American leg of the Blown Away tour since it kicked off in September.

Toby Keith tweeted some love for our military on this Veteran’s Day“Please take time out of your busy day to thank a vet. They are the VERY and ONLY reason we get to share this day together...free. We should all feel like God's chosen ones because we were born in this great nation. I will pray for you every night. Godspeed warriors.”

Tim McGraw staged a stakeout Thursday at an Outback Steakhouse just south of Nashville. That’s where Tim surprised 30 service members and their families in honor of the restaurant’s Veterans Day appreciation lunch. The Tennessean reports that despite several cameras filming them as they ate, the surprise visit stayed secret until Tim was introduced and came out from the kitchen to thank the troops for their service. Tim’s sister, uncle and grandfather were all in the military.

Congratulations are in order for expectant parents, Love And Theft’s Eric Gunderson and his wife Emily, who is due with the couple’s first child on May 18th.

Although we know all about her A-list boyfriends, Taylor Swift dated a Nashville college student a couple of years ago. A pal tells Us magazine, "Her friends were proud of her for trying to date a normal dude. And trying to be part of the local college scene like someone her age would be doing." Unfortunately, the relationship went south quickly because her boyfriend's star-struck friends tried to text her and wanted to hang out with her.  Speaking of Taylor= She will perform "State of Grace," from her album Red, for the first time on TV this Thursday night on X Factor.

TRACE ADKINS will be performing his song "Just Fishin'" while riding the Domino Sugar float at this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.  Can’t wait… only a week and a half to go!
