Disney bowed to public pressure and got rid of the glammed-up version of Merida from "Brave".  They've restored her to her original design on their Princesses website, without comment. 

SHAKIRA has confirmed that she's not doing the next season of "The Voice" because she wants to spend more time with her new baby. . . but that's OK, because host CARSON DALY says CHRISTINA AGUILERA will be back.  He also says CEE LO GREEN is in negotiations to return, but nothing has been finalized.

LADY ANTEBELLUM is back on top of the "Billboard" chart for the third time in their career, as their new album "Golden" sold 167,000 copies to take the #1 spot.  They beat the soundtrack to "The Great Gatsby", which had a strong showing in 2nd place with 137,000 copies.  Other debuts this week include the latest "Now!" disc at #3 . . . PISTOL ANNIES at #5 . . . and ROD STEWART at #7.

Some misguided TAYLOR SWIFT fan was arrested yesterday near her mansion in Rhode Island. It was around 2:00 A.M. when Lucas H. Vorsteveld swam ashore at Taylor's house, saw some security dudes, and then jumped back into the water. He swam back to where he started from, about a mile away.  That's when the police checked him out.  They asked what he was doing and Lucas ADMITTED he had just been at Taylor's place because he wanted to meet her. So, they arrested him for trespassing.  They also gave Taylor's security people all the details. 

ABC has released their schedule for next season . . . and they announced that the "Dancing with the Stars" results show will be dropped next season, so there will only be one, two-hour episode each week.

BRAD PITT spoke out yesterday about ANGELINA JOLIE'S choice to undergo a double mastectomy.  He said, quote, "All I want . . . is for her to have a long and healthy life, with myself and our children.  This is a happy day for our family."  He added, quote, "It was really important to her to share the story and that others would understand it doesn't have to be a scary thing.  In fact, it can be an empowering thing, and something that makes you stronger and us stronger." 

BILL HADER is leaving "Saturday Night Live" after eight seasons.  FRED ARMISEN and JASON SUDEIKIS are not sure they want to do another season either

Christina Aguilera is returning to The Voice, Us Magazine confirms.  The singer will be back in her coach's chair for the fifth season, while new additions, Shakira and Usher, will both likely take time off from the show. A source explains, "Shakira wants to take a season off to take care of the baby. She has an option to come back too. And Usher is doing a movie, so he couldn't do season five if they wanted him to."  Cee Lo Green is also reportedly in talks to return.

JAMES FRANCO admits that his 2011 comedy "Your Highness" SUCKS.  He also says he and SETH ROGEN want to make a sequel to "The Pineapple Express". 

PUDDLE OF MUDD singer WES SCANTLIN has been arrested AGAIN.  This time, it was for DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.  He allegedly shook his ex-wife, and tried to drag her by the arm. 

ROD STEWART admits he took a lot of steroids in the '80s to help his voice.  But he gave them up for various medical reasons . . . including the fact that they SHRUNK HIS JUNK.  He says, quote, "The steroids will take down the swelling in any membrane . . . including your [package]." TMI Rod, TMI!

CHRISTINA HENDRICKS says she doesn't dress down at home, because she doesn't want to disappoint her husband GEOFFREY AREND.  When he's around, she won't even put on sweat pants.  She says, quote, "I can't do that to my husband, not after just three years of marriage.  At home, I put on a low-cut shirt, and he's like, 'Babe, you look great.'"

Keith Urban is staying on American Idol -- he'll be taking Randy Jackson's chair next season. Keith made the announcement on Ellen DeGeneres. 

CARRIE UNDERWOOD does not like strangers getting up in her business.  She said in her cover interview for Marie Claire magazine, quote, "I used to have panic attacks.  People touching me, screaming . . . it made me really nervous.  It's a physical reaction, feeling like the walls are closing in." 

LEE BRICE'S song "I Drive Your Truck" was inspired by a Medal of Honor recipient who lost his life in Afghanistan.  Lee finally met the hero's family on Monday.  He said, quote, "We got 'em plane tickets and a hotel and we flew in the parents of Jared Monti.  He was the guy that they were getting in his truck and driving around.  We gave them plaques and let them see how big their story became."

Before this year's Celebrity Apprentice All-Stars even began filming, Trace Adkins laid it on the line for his cast mates who were, well, acting like celebrities.  He told them, "OK, lets just get this out of the way right now. If any of our careers were going great, none of us would be here. So I don't want to any of this diva prima donna bull from any of you all." Trace added that if he had a hit last year, he wouldn't be there at all.  Trace is in the top two going into Sunday night's finale. The show airs at 9 p.m. ET/PT. 

Luke Bryan will release a new album on August 13th. Luke made the announcement Monday on the Late Show with David Letterman. The still-unnamed record is Luke's fourth studio album.  In the meantime, he continues his Dirt Road Diaries tour Friday in Virginia Beach. 

Kenny Chesney designed a T-shirt that will help raise money for his Spread the Love fund which helps those who have lost limbs as a result of the Boston Marathon bombings.  Kenny says, “People like to represent.They want people to know what they believe in… and I think the people of Boston, after what happened, would take heart knowing America still has them in their thoughts."   He's also donating money made from the download of "Spread the Love" -- a song he recorded with The Wailers to the fund.  Fans can order the shirts from Kenny's online store at KennyChesney.com

Kip Moore is an inked man! With two number-one hits under his belt, Kip treated himself with a visit to a tattoo artist in Nashville to get his first piece on his right bicep. The ink is “Psalm 40” -- a Bible verse that motivated Kip to stay in Tennessee at a time when he'd almost given up on music and moved back home to Georgia.
