The Academy of Country Music will tape a new special following the ACM Awards called Tim McGraw’s Superstar Summer Night. Tim will handpick the performers for the two-hour star studded concert event. Tim McGraw’s Superstar Summer Night will tape April 8th in Vegas…and air on CBS later this year.

Miranda Lambert is full of vengeance in her new song “Mama’s Broken Heart”, which was co-written by ACM New Female Vocalist nominee Kacey Musgraves. The song was accidentally pitched to Miranda, after Kacey thought about recording it for her debut album. Kacey decided to let Miranda record it ONLY if she let Kacey sing harmony on it. Miranda said "Yes"!
