The country music community watched the devastation unfold in Oklahoma yesterday - and many took to Twitter to send their thoughts and prayers. Here are some of those tweets:

Toby Keith is among the artists affected by yesterday’s deadly tornado in Moore, Oklahoma. He was raised in the area and still has friends and family there. In a phone interview with Anderson Cooper last night, Toby revealed that his sister’s house was hit – and he himself had just left the area earlier in the day to fly to Nashville for a recording session.

Brad will make a guest appearance on this week’s season finale of Nashville tomorrow night. The show also stars his wife, actress Kimberly Williams – Paisley.

In a battle of Nashville versus Las Vegas, Trace Adkins went head-to-head with magician Penn Jillette on the finale of NBC’s All-Star Celebrity Apprentice last night. During the live finale, Donald Trump crowned Trace the new Apprentice…so Trace received $250,000. Walgreens gave an additional $100,000. In all, Trace raised over a million dollars for his charity the American Red Cross.

Darius Rucker is set to release his third country album, True Believers, tomorrow. This time around…he took a different approach to recording the project. He cut most of the vocals at his home in Charleston, South Carolina. Darius believes that different approach gives the album a different vibe. Darius wrote or co-wrote 10 of the 12 songs on True Believers. It also includes his latest single, “Wagon Wheel”.

The Pistol Annies have a lot to celebrate this week, as their sophomore album, Annie Up!, managed to sell more than 80,000 copies in the first week of its release. Miranda Lambert, Ashley Monroe and Angaleena Preseley released their debut album, Hell on Heels, in 2011…which they felt was a huge risk. With their second album...the goal was to match the high expectations.
