Scotty McCreery experienced some technical difficulties
Friday 10-21-2011 9:29am ET

Scotty McCreery experienced some technical difficulties as he performed the National Anthem during Game 1 of the World Series on Wednesday (October 19th) night in St. Louis. The game between the American League's Texas Rangers and the National League's St. Louis Cardinals was off to a rocky start when Scotty's microphone either wasn't working or wasn't on.

Scotty was a couple lines into the song, but no one could hear him. Once the mic got going, Scotty restarted the song and didn't miss a beat, much to the delight of baseball fans.

  • Scotty is climbing the charts with his new single, "The Trouble With Girls."
  • It's the second single from his brand new album, Clear As Day.
