Kelly Osbourne has confirmed she DID collapse on the set of Fashion Police on Thursday.
The reality star's publicist had early tried to play down the incident after dramatic images emerged of the 28-year-old being carried off set to an ambulance.
But straight-talking Kelly cleared up all doubt when she took to Twitter to explain to well-wishing fans what had happened.

Kelly was recording the latest episode of the style programme alongside Joan and Melissa Rivers, who has been covering for usual panellist Giuliana Rancic.
Kelly reportedly turned to the star and told her she didn't feel well, before she fell out of her chair shaking.
An audience member happened to be a doctor and reportedly fled to her aid.
Kelly came around a few moments after the seizure, but her team wanted her to go to hospital for tests and supervision.

Demi Moore asks for spousal support in Ashton Kutcher divorce...

Demi Moore is seeking spousal support from estranged husband Ashton Kutcher.
The actress states in a court filing Thursday that she also wants the "Two And A Half Men" star to pay her attorney's fees in the divorce proceedings.
Kutcher filed for divorce in December, more than a year after Moore announced the marriage was over. Kutcher didn't take a position in his filings on whether he should pay Moore any spousal support.
The couple was married in September 2005, and they have no children together.
Kutcher didn't specify when the couple separated, but Moore listed Nov. 17, 2011, as the breakup date.
Moore publicly announced the couple's breakup that day, but until Thursday had not filed any divorce paperwork.

The New York Post caused a scare around the Internet. They reported that Kardashian was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday night. She was afraid that she was going to have a miscarriage.
A source told E! News that Kim is actually doing quite fine. The reality star has been working too hard. She obviously needs to take some time for herself. So, the doctor ordered Kim to rest at home after the pregnancy scare.
Kardashian is currently going through some stress right now. She's still in a struggle over her divorce case with ex-husband Kris Humphries. She's also been traveling around the world promoting her show "Kim and Kourtney Take Miami."
The Kim Kardashian scare caused some speculation around the Internet. The media believes that she's not really pregnant. Rumors swirled that she's faking her pregnancy for publicity. This recent news appears to be just a rumor. Hopefully, Kim and her baby are doing well.

Photographed outside of an L.A. recording studio late Wednesday night, the former Disney starlet, 20, tried to cover her face to avoid cameras, displaying two rings on her engagement finger that were not the bauble fiancé Liam Hemsworth gave her when he proposed last May.
Still, a source close to Cyrus – who has also been photographed without her engagement ring last month – insisted to PEOPLE on Thursday, "Miley still wants to get married."
But the relationship is not without its issues. Says the Cyrus source, "Miley and Liam have had some problems that they are working through."
The young couple "have always had a very passionate relationship," the source adds. "They have a very strong physical attraction, but have very different personalities and backgrounds. This makes their relationship very complicated."
Infidelity buzz and time apart have not helped matters.
"Miley is upset and angry about the cheating rumors," says the source of talk that began in late February. "Liam's trip to Australia was planned. He doesn't have a return date to Los Angeles yet."
