I may have been born in a field in Iowa...well not IN a field..probably in a barn surrounded by a field.. but I have definitely got the energy to keep up with ATL!!! After a Midwestern upbringing that included a lot of corn, pigs and soccer, I guess I snagged my 1st radio job by accident (is accident the word I'm looking for...maybe it's persistance...I called the program director at KCLD in St. Cloud, Minnesota - where I was going to school - every week for a month, then added email, stopped by 'just in case he was free'..called more and finally got an interview and hired...maybe "stalking" was the word I was searching for).. I also worked in Little Rock, Arkansas (its country, but a little more banjo-ey than the Bull), Austin, Texas (I still love Texas women...grrrr)...moved to LA, landed in Chicago, and am now living in Turner Field -- its a little desolate at night..so I like it when we're on a homestand.. Oops...coach needs some towels washed..give me a call tonight after 7p!
Who Cares??? ..You!

Carter

  • Carter - Tiptoe-ing across hardwood floors in Heaven ;c)

Super sad, and I miss my buddy...Carter ended up with doggy lymphoma this summer, and put up an awesome fight.  When it become too much, it happened quickly, and I'm thinking he had one of the best doggy-lives ever!  He was happy right up to the last day.

He may be up in Heaven with his cone on, getting the rundown on what really causes thunderstorms (see video below haha):
